During the trial, it was also revealed that before being dumped, the victim had resisted. The accused admitted to kicking the victim because he struggled and his legs were not tied. “I kicked him because he was resisting,” said Serka MN. This confession adds to the series of facts revealed in the trial, including allegations of repeated violence suffered by the victim from the kidnapping process to the dumping. The prosecutor assessed the accused’s testimony as showing systematic actions in treating the victim, from violence inside the car to efforts to eliminate traces after the victim was left. Serka MN also disclosed that his first kick hit the stomach area, while the second kick hit the chest area. The action was done in a crouching position on the car seat, with both legs on the seat. “The left leg hit the stomach area, the right one the chest,” said Serka MN. The accused in the case, namely Serka MN (accused 1), Kopda FH (accused 2), and Serka FY (accused 3), are charged with involvement in the kidnapping accompanied by the murder of MIP.
