The strengthening of bureaucratic reform continues to be a priority within the MPR RI’s Secretariat General. This is marked by the submission of the 2025 Government Agency Performance Report (LKIP) through the KemenPANRB’s ESR application.

The Acting Secretary General of the MPR RI, Siti Fauziah, emphasized that this report is not merely a routine administrative task but a reflection of accountability in the use of state funds.

Previously, all LKIPs within the Secretariat General of the MPR RI were officially submitted to the Acting Secretary General.

The accountability document was then submitted to the KemenPANRB’s ESR application as a form of commitment to institutional performance transparency. This was stated by her in the Delegation Room, Building Nusantara V MPR RI, Parliament Complex, Jakarta, today.

“I would like to express my highest appreciation to the extraordinary team. Although the deadline for submission is the 28th, today we are ready to complete it on time. This is proof of the team’s solid dedication,” said Siti Fauziah in a written statement, Thursday (February 26, 2026).

She explained that the submission of this report is not only intended to fulfill Presidential Regulation No. 29 of 2014. Rather, the report is a form of accountable responsibility for the use of funds and the achievement of strategic objectives over the past year, a measure of effectiveness as a form of assessment of transparency and bureaucratic effectiveness, and a basis for continuous evaluation for future performance improvements.

In this context, Siti Fauziah hopes for three things. First, the report must reflect a clean and accountable bureaucracy. Second, the results of this evaluation should be used to determine the direction of improvement to achieve the goals of bureaucratic reform. Third, evaluate the transformation in terms of efficiency and improved public services through digitalization and information openness.

“This achievement is not the result of the work of an individual or a single unit, but the result of the collective hard work of all of us,” she said.

Meanwhile, the Deputy for Administration of the MPR RI, Heri Herawan, said that the preparation of this LKIP is a commitment of the MPR RI’s Secretariat General in realizing transparency and accountability.

This is also mandated by Government Regulation (PP) No. 8 of 2006 concerning Financial and Performance Reporting of Government Agencies, Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 29 of 2014 concerning the Government Accounting Standards, and Minister of PAN-RB Regulation No. 53 of 2014 concerning Technical Guidelines for Performance Agreements, Performance Reporting, and Procedures for Reviewing Government Agency Performance Reports.

“The preparation process has gone through various stages since November 2025, starting from a Technical Guidance (Kick-off) with speakers from the Ministry of PAN-RB, measurement of performance indicator data, to an internal review process by the Inspectorate on February 23-26, 2026 to ensure data accuracy and completeness of evidence,” he said.

For information, the performance achievement of the MPR RI’s Secretariat General in 2025 reached 106.92%, the Deputy for Administration 94.21%, the Deputy for Research & Constitutional Socialization 114.65%, the Inspectorate 97.22%, the Bureau of Human Resources, Organization, and Law 99.08%.
