The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta has published a handbook profiling lecturers of the Master of Management Study Programme for 2026. This strategic step was taken as an instrument to strengthen institutional governance based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and professionalism, while integrating Islamic values.

The compilation of this comprehensive document, initiated by the Vice Dean II of FEB UIN Jakarta, is designed to map academic expertise, research track records, and the practical experience of teaching staff. The deanery projects this database as a quality assurance benchmark in supporting sustainable human resource development.

Dean of FEB UIN Jakarta, Prof Ibnu Qizam, stated that the Master of Management programme strengthens the institutional existence of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Jakarta. “Amidst the stakes of academic reputation among MM universities, UIN Jakarta presents a breakthrough in knowledge, namely the integration of Islam and general science,” he said in a written statement on Monday (15/6). “This means MM UIN Jakarta offers management sciences that integrate Islam and practical management skills,” he added.

Referring to the institutional profile document, the senior teaching cluster in the Financial Management group is led by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Rodoni, MM. Born on 3 February 1969, he is a full Professor who completed his Doctor of Business Administration in Financial Management in 2001. With a unique background as a bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (1993), Rodoni has a long track record of bureaucratic leadership, including serving as Vice Rector for General Administration at UIN Jakarta for the 2019–2023 period, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at FEB, and as an assessor for the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) since 2008.

Financial research focus in this master’s programme is strengthened by several senior academics holding the title of Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala). Among them is Dr. Indo Yama, MAB, a financial management scientist born in 1974 and a graduate of Padjadjaran University, who currently serves as Director of Finance and Information Technology at Haji Hospital Jakarta. Indo Yama, who once participated in a Sandwich Programme at the University of Kentucky, USA, is active as a resource person for the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in developing financial feasibility study software for micro-enterprises in various provinces.

Furthermore, the strengthening of banking and Islamic finance studies is also supported by Dr. Titi Dewi Warninda, M.Si., a doctoral alumna of the University of Indonesia (2018) and former Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at FEB UIN Jakarta for the 2019–2023 period. Warninda’s research, which received grant funding from the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), focuses on income volatility in Islamic banking, risk management, and poverty mitigation.

In the pillar of Human Resource Management and Islamic Business Ethics, there is Dr Suhendra, MM, a doctoral graduate of Padjadjaran University (2013) who served as Vice Dean for General Administration at FEB UIN Jakarta for the 2020–2023 period and is active as a jury member for national Islamic education performance. Meanwhile, the operational and quantitative methods line has gained new energy with the joining of Dr. Ahmad Firdaus, MM in 2025, a young academic who previously had a teaching track record at Batanghari University and the Open University.

Through this precisely documented mapping of lecturer expertise, the management of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is optimistic that it can deliver accountable governance to answer the challenges of global higher education based on international recognition.
