        "content": "<p>The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Syarif Hidayatullah\nState Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta has published a handbook\nprofiling lecturers of the Master of Management Study Programme for\n2026. This strategic step was taken as an instrument to strengthen\ninstitutional governance based on the principles of transparency,\naccountability, and professionalism, while integrating Islamic\nvalues.<\/p>\n<p>The compilation of this comprehensive document, initiated by the Vice\nDean II of FEB UIN Jakarta, is designed to map academic expertise,\nresearch track records, and the practical experience of teaching staff.\nThe deanery projects this database as a quality assurance benchmark in\nsupporting sustainable human resource development.<\/p>\n<p>Dean of FEB UIN Jakarta, Prof Ibnu Qizam, stated that the Master of\nManagement programme strengthens the institutional existence of the\nFaculty of Economics and Business at UIN Jakarta. \u201cAmidst the stakes of\nacademic reputation among MM universities, UIN Jakarta presents a\nbreakthrough in knowledge, namely the integration of Islam and general\nscience,\u201d he said in a written statement on Monday (15\/6). \u201cThis means\nMM UIN Jakarta offers management sciences that integrate Islam and\npractical management skills,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the institutional profile document, the senior teaching\ncluster in the Financial Management group is led by Prof.\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Ahmad\nRodoni, MM. Born on 3 February 1969, he is a full Professor who\ncompleted his Doctor of Business Administration in Financial Management\nin 2001. With a unique background as a bachelor of Petroleum Engineering\n(1993), Rodoni has a long track record of bureaucratic leadership,\nincluding serving as Vice Rector for General Administration at UIN\nJakarta for the 2019\u20132023 period, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at FEB,\nand as an assessor for the National Accreditation Board for Higher\nEducation (BAN-PT) since 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Financial research focus in this master\u2019s programme is strengthened\nby several senior academics holding the title of Associate Professor\n(Lektor Kepala). Among them is Dr.\u00a0Indo Yama, MAB, a financial\nmanagement scientist born in 1974 and a graduate of Padjadjaran\nUniversity, who currently serves as Director of Finance and Information\nTechnology at Haji Hospital Jakarta. Indo Yama, who once participated in\na Sandwich Programme at the University of Kentucky, USA, is active as a\nresource person for the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in developing\nfinancial feasibility study software for micro-enterprises in various\nprovinces.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the strengthening of banking and Islamic finance studies\nis also supported by Dr.\u00a0Titi Dewi Warninda, M.Si., a doctoral alumna of\nthe University of Indonesia (2018) and former Vice Dean for Academic\nAffairs at FEB UIN Jakarta for the 2019\u20132023 period. Warninda\u2019s\nresearch, which received grant funding from the Indonesia Deposit\nInsurance Corporation (LPS), focuses on income volatility in Islamic\nbanking, risk management, and poverty mitigation.<\/p>\n<p>In the pillar of Human Resource Management and Islamic Business\nEthics, there is Dr Suhendra, MM, a doctoral graduate of Padjadjaran\nUniversity (2013) who served as Vice Dean for General Administration at\nFEB UIN Jakarta for the 2020\u20132023 period and is active as a jury member\nfor national Islamic education performance. Meanwhile, the operational\nand quantitative methods line has gained new energy with the joining of\nDr.\u00a0Ahmad Firdaus, MM in 2025, a young academic who previously had a\nteaching track record at Batanghari University and the Open\nUniversity.<\/p>\n<p>Through this precisely documented mapping of lecturer expertise, the\nmanagement of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif\nHidayatullah Jakarta is optimistic that it can deliver accountable\ngovernance to answer the challenges of global higher education based on\ninternational recognition.<\/p>",
