The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has recorded 13 companies that will list their shares on the capital market through the initial public offering (IPO) scheme. BEI’s Director of Listing, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, stated that the 13 prospective issuers operate in various sectors, ranging from finance, energy, entertainment, to consumer goods. “So, on our list, there are still around 13 companies,” he said when met at the BEI building in Jakarta on Friday (10/4/2026). Nyoman noted that although the capital market industry is facing uncertainties and is moving dynamically, the capital market sector remains attractive for seeking alternative funding for companies. “As I mentioned again, we are in a dynamic condition but the appetite is still evident, so that’s what needs to be noted,” he said. He further explained that the hope is for these 13 companies to officially list their shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the first half of this year, as all of them are using financial statements as of December 2025. “Our hope is indeed for the listings to occur around this month at the latest in June. It will depend on how quickly they provide responses to us. Once they promptly submit their responses, of course, the process on our side will be faster,” he added. Previously, BEI recorded that there were 11 companies with large-scale assets. In detail, only one company falls into the medium asset category with a value between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion. Meanwhile, the remaining 11 companies have assets exceeding Rp250 billion. From a sectoral perspective, the IPO queue is spread across various business lines. In detail, three companies are from the primary consumer sector, one each from the energy and financial sectors, two from the health sector, two from infrastructure, two from technology, and one from the transportation & logistics sector. Not only IPOs, BEI also recorded a dense pipeline of debt instruments. As of the end of March 2026, there are 28 issuances from 20 issuers in the queue for Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS). Cumulatively, BEI has issued 45 issuances from 30 issuers with a total of Rp50.87 trillion successfully raised. “To date, 45 EBUS issuances from 30 issuers have been issued, raising funds of Rp50.87 trillion. As of 27 March 2026, there are 28 issuances from 20 EBUS issuers currently in the pipeline,” Nyoman explained. Regarding sectors, the bond queue is dominated by the financial sector with 10 companies, followed by six from the infrastructure sector. The rest come from the energy, primary consumer, and raw materials sectors. Meanwhile, the Exchange also reported one company in the rights issue pipeline. This company operates in the property sector. Throughout 2026, up to 27 March, there have been three issuers that issued new shares with a total value of Rp3.75 trillion.
