The administration of these networks is a nightmare! They may have got things to work in India captain but this isn't India. The details of what the government have on offer would make very interesting reading ... will they offer enough incentives to get companies to buy in to the project.

They got it to work in India Chewwy - the backbone was used by tobacco traders who paid for it to allow farmers to keep in touch regarding crop information .Strange isn't it? people take the piss out of PAM/PLN and Telkom , but administrating these networks must be a real nightmare.

Hmmm -- where to start with this one? Sounds like a fantastic plan but I can't see any of the companies being very interested in doing this project unless the government put together a very attractive deal.
