the govt can throw as many resources as it wants at the problem. the issue is that indonesians themselves do not value education, only titles. http://livinginindonesia.info/index.php/item/private-universities/ until the culture supports and values true education, all the money in the world will not improve the situation.

R. Priyono, head of BPMigas, said most medium to small operators, usually producing 5,000 to 10,000 barrels of oil per day, are financed by private equity firms or other financial institutions dependent on global financial sources.

He explained that oil demand will decrease while many companies were involved in exploration. “The oil market is uncertain,” said Muin.
