Zulhas Reminds PAN Faction Members: Being Part of a Party Means Being One Team, and Must Align with the President's Vision

Zulkifli Hasan, Chairman of the National Mandate Party (PAN), has conveyed several instructions to all members of the PAN faction in the DPR RI.

First, he reminded that the essence of fasting is to cultivate social piety by experiencing the hunger and thirst felt by underprivileged communities.

Zulhas asked PAN’s legislative members to ensure that no citizens in their respective electoral districts lack food.

“I ask all faction members to share and help. Let’s ensure that no one in our community experiences hunger during this Ramadan, especially during Eid. After Eid, let’s ensure that everyone is happy and has enough,” said Zulhas to reporters at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Zulhas encouraged PAN faction members to immediately meet their constituents.

“The DPR has its respective regions and constituents, right? Visit the constituents, see what they need. I ask all of you to share with your respective regions,” he added.

In addition, Zulhas also spoke about organizational discipline. He reminded that the presence of cadres within the party is part of a large team that must not act independently.

“Being part of a party means being one team. Therefore, all policies and expressions of opinion must be discussed together. It cannot be done individually,” Zulhas emphasized.

He stressed that every decision or political statement made by PAN cadres must represent the team’s interests as a whole to avoid overlap or conflicting opinions that could confuse the public.

Furthermore, Zulhas instructed that all actions of the PAN faction must remain within the party’s platform, which is in line with the government’s vision.

“I reiterate that being part of a party means that we are one unified team, with a shared platform and the same vision as the President (Prabowo Subianto),” he concluded.
