Zendhy Kusuma admits frustration after two-hour wait for food at Bibi Kelinci

Jakarta — Guitarist Zendhy Kusuma says he had to wait almost two hours for his food at the Bibi Kelinci restaurant on the night in question. The clarification was shared by Zendhy in a video posted to his personal Instagram account. He said he arrived at the restaurant around 22:00 WIB with several colleagues. They ordered food and drinks like any other customers. However, after a lengthy wait, their orders did not arrive. After waiting for a long time, the information provided by the waiter also kept changing. Because there was no certainty, Zendhy eventually went into the kitchen area to confirm whether their order had actually been processed. ‘After waiting almost two hours, I went into the kitchen to confirm whether our order had been prepared or not. At that moment I was not blocked from entering,’ he said. From there, he learned that their order had not been prepared and would only be processed at that moment. This left him disappointed because from the start there was no certainty about the orders that had been waiting for so long. After the meals were finally served, some orders were said to have been served in a rushed manner and were incomplete. ‘We just want to confirm whether our order has been fully processed, is being processed, or is already underway, given that we had been waiting from around 22:00 to almost 23:54 WIB,’ he said. While in the car, a waiter reportedly brought an EDC machine to request payment. Zendhy said he was still prepared to pay, but would first like to meet the person in charge of the restaurant to explain the situation.
