Yusril Arrives at Palace for Zakat Payment and Cabinet Session

Jakarta — Coordinating Minister for Law and Human Rights, Human Rights, Immigration and Correctional Services Yusril Ihza Mahendra arrived at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Friday to pay zakat fitrah and mal and participate in the Full Cabinet Session (SKP).

“We were asked to arrive at the Palace at 3 o’clock. For those paying zakat, it will be in front of Baznas, and it has been scheduled from around 3 to 4 o’clock,” said Yusril.

After the zakat payment, Yusril continued, activities will proceed with a cabinet session.

However, he acknowledged not yet knowing what agenda would be discussed with President Prabowo Subianto.

“At 4 o’clock there will be a cabinet meeting, but I don’t yet know what the agenda is. They say there will be presidential guidance on issues currently occurring,” he said.

President Prabowo Subianto will hold the Full Cabinet Session (SKP) at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Friday afternoon.

Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya said the session would discuss government preparations for Eid 2026. The session will also be attended by members of the Red and White Cabinet, including ministers, deputy ministers and agency heads.

“Today there will be a cabinet session regarding Eid preparations at 16.00 WIB,” said Teddy in a written message to the media in Jakarta on Friday.

Teddy conveyed that Prabowo’s activities today would also begin with personal zakat payment through Baznas. Additionally, zakat payment would be followed by members of the Red and White Cabinet.
