YUPI Sets Dividend of Rp17 per Share, Totalling Rp145.36 Billion

PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum Tbk (YUPI) is distributing an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year. The confectionery issuer’s allocation for the dividend amounts to Rp145.36 billion.

The interim dividend determination refers to the decision of the company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners on 18 August 2026.

“The Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the company have decided and approved the distribution of an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year,” said Finance Director Rusman Apandi in an information disclosure.

YUPI recorded a net profit of Rp322.4 billion during the first half of 2026. The dividend amount distributed comes from 45% of the company’s net profit.

The dividend will be distributed for 8.54 billion shares, meaning approximately Rp17 per share.

For information, at the close of trading on 21 August 2026, YUPI shares were at a level of Rp1,305. This reflects a yield of approximately 1.3%.

Meanwhile, the company had retained earnings of Rp606.7 billion as of 30 June 2026. Equity was recorded at Rp1.74 trillion in the same period.
