Yulie Sekuritas Increases Stake in EMMI to 8.24%

Securities firm PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk has reported a significant increase in its share ownership in medical equipment issuer PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk (EMMI). According to an official disclosure, Yulie Sekuritas’s stake surged from 1.52 percent to 8.24 percent.

In the official report dated 13 July 2026, Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia’s management stated that the purchase transaction was purely for investment purposes with direct ownership status.

The share accumulation was carried out through two consecutive transactions during the second week of July 2026, strengthening the company’s investment portfolio in the medical devices sector.

In the first transaction on 9 July 2026, Yulie Sekuritas purchased 106,838,100 ordinary shares at an execution price of Rp470 per share. The purchase continued the following day, 10 July 2026, with an additional 10,200,000 ordinary shares at a price of Rp494 per share.

Through this series of corporate actions, Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia’s holdings in EMMI increased by 117,038,100 shares. Consequently, their total ownership soared from 26,523,100 units prior to the transactions to 143,561,200 units.

Despite now holding a substantial portion of shares and voting rights in PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk, Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia affirmed that it is not a controlling shareholder and has no plans to take over control of the EMMI issuer.
