Young Entrepreneurs Forum Opens New Indonesia-China Cooperation Opportunities

The Regional Board of HIPMI Jaya, in collaboration with the Branch Board of HIPMI East Jakarta, held the Indonesia–China Young Entrepreneurs Business Exchange 2026 at the Monopoli Hotel Kemang, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/7). The business forum brought together young entrepreneurs from Indonesia and China to strengthen connectivity, expand business networks, and open up strategic collaboration opportunities between the two nations. “This activity serves as a platform for business actors to exchange insights, build professional relationships, and discuss various cooperation opportunities amidst the ever-evolving global economic dynamics,” said Organising Chairman Ervano Wijanarko in a written statement in Jakarta on Monday (3/8). Chairman of BPC HIPMI East Jakarta Dhimas Pringgorodianto stated that his party continues to support HIPMI Jaya’s programmes to strengthen synergy and cross-sector business networks. “As part of HIPMI Jaya, we at HIPMI East Jakarta are committed to presenting forums that are not merely ceremonial but capable of producing concrete collaborations for young entrepreneurs in our region. We hope this activity will serve as a gateway for East Jakarta business actors to enter international business networks, particularly with partners from China,” said Dhimas. Meanwhile, Head of Investment at BPD HIPMI Jaya Samira Alatas stressed that the forum is not just a meeting event but is directed towards generating real cooperation opportunities. “Business matching is a crucial part of this forum to connect the business needs of both parties and open up collaboration opportunities in various strategic sectors such as trade, manufacturing, technology, health, and investment,” said Samira. Secretary General of BPD HIPMI Jaya Rangga Derana Niode assessed that strengthening international networks is an important step in enhancing the competitiveness of young Indonesian entrepreneurs. “Through this forum, participants gain the opportunity to expand international business networks, understand market trends and potential in both countries, and explore partnerships that can drive sustainable business growth.
