Young artist displays unique sculptures

SANUR: I Wayan Jana, 36, is one of the new generation of
sculptors in Bali. Son of the island's noted sculptor I Ketut
Muja, Jana grew up among artists.

Object of Life, an exhibition of his most recent works, will
open on Saturday Oct. 16, at Griya Santrian Gallery in Sanur.

The exhibition will continue until December.

Jana mostly works with wood.

Along with other young sculptors, he has exhibited his
expressive and innovative works in various cities in Indonesia
and overseas. -- JP
