Wamena (ANTARA) - The Task Force (Satgas) for Border Security (Pamtas) Yonif 136/TS has strengthened its social approach with residents through mobile medical treatment and the distribution of decent clothing in Pageleme Village, Mulia District, Puncak Jaya Regency, Central Papua. He added that the residents’ enthusiasm was very high from the start of the activity in Pageleme Village, Mulia District. “Residents of various ages came to receive healthcare services, and not a few were willing to wait patiently to get the chance to be examined and treated,” he stated. He assessed that the atmosphere of the event was warm and full of familiarity between the TNI and the people in Pageleme Village, Mulia District, Puncak Jaya Regency. “TNI soldiers not only carried out medical duties but also interacted humanely with residents, creating emotional closeness that further strengthens the unity of TNI with the people,” he said.
