Property developer PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk is preparing 10 new projects in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java, with development set to begin in 2026. The ten projects are projected to generate marketing sales of approximately Rp880 billion.

President Director of PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk Yusmen Liu said Yogyakarta and Central Java were chosen because they are considered to have growing markets, supported by the education, tourism and creative industry sectors as well as infrastructure development.

“Expansion into the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java is part of the Company’s long-term growth roadmap. We see that this region has enormous potential, supported by economic growth, the education sector, tourism, the creative industry, and ongoing infrastructure development,” said Yusmen on Tuesday (18/8).

To carry out the plan, the company increased its shareholding in PT Pemenang Nusantara Jaya from 40% to 99.6%. The company was previously named PT Pemenang Yabes Properti. After the ownership increase, the company became a subsidiary whose financial statements are consolidated into the parent company.

PT Pemenang Nusantara Jaya is also targeting the purchase of 10 plots of land in several locations in Yogyakarta and Central Java. The land is being prepared to support the development of the company’s new projects in Java.

The company has not yet detailed the location, type of property or investment value for each project. However, all projects are planned to begin development in stages this year.

From the 10 projects, the company is targeting marketing sales of up to Rp880 billion. To pursue this target, the company will rely on its sales network, digital marketing, property agents and cooperation with financing institutions.

The increase in share ownership in the subsidiary uses the company’s internal cash. The company stated that the transaction does not add new material obligations to the company’s financial condition.

Yusmen said the development of projects in Yogyakarta and Central Java will also serve as a basis for the company to explore opportunities to open projects in other areas of Java.
