We have been teaching at the YMI (Indonesia Yamaha Music) for 12 years. In our early years with the school, our salaries (a certain percentage of the school fees) were satisfactory. Later, however, the percentage was cut bit by bit, despite the increase of the school fees charged to the students.

We appointed a representative to discuss the matter but we did not hear a word from him. We are now worried about our fate. It is impossible for us to switch to another profession. It is too late. Let would-be teachers be warned.
