Lawyers for the bank branch manager’s family, identified by the initials MIP (37), urged the disclosure of the intellectual mastermind behind the suspected murder and restitution (compensation) for the victim’s family.
The family raised concerns about one of the accused in the bank branch manager case who appears not to have been detained.
Three defendants in the bank branch manager case, with their legal counsels, are set to file their pledoi (defence) on Thursday (21 May) afternoon.
The Military Prosecutor from the Jakarta Military Prosecutor’s Office II-07, Mayor Chk Wasinton Marpaung, stated that three Army defendants (TNI AD) were not proven to have planned to kill the bank branch manager.
A Bajaj driver, MGA (34), died after being hit by a minibus driven by a Chinese national, QX (42, both identified in the incident), on Jalan Jembatan Batu, Tamansari, West Jakarta, in the early hours of Monday.
