Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa is targeting the implementation of electric vehicle (EV) incentives, both for electric motorcycles and electric cars, starting in June 2026, to reduce petroleum fuel (BBM) consumption.

Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni has officially revoked two Forest Utilisation Business Approvals (PBPH) following the deaths of two elephants in the Seblat area, Bengkulu.

“Two elephants were found dead. Therefore, I will revoke the PBPH of PT API (Anugerah Pratama Inspirasi) and PT BAT (Bentara Alam Timber),” the Forestry Minister said in his statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
