Yenville sells stake in Econ

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones): Yenville Pte. Ltd., an Indonesian-owned company, will sell its 24.5 percent stake in Singapore-listed Econ International Ltd. to U.S.-based Asian Energy Ltd. for S$40 million (US$23.6), Econ said late Tuesday.

The sale is expected to be completed by June 8.

Asian Energy's principal business is the development and funding of power plants and industrial projects.
