XPeng Opens New Service Dealership in North Jakarta Pluit

JAKARTA — XPeng Indonesia has inaugurated a new dealership in the Pluit area of North Jakarta. This facility represents XPeng’s fifth dealership in Indonesia and forms part of the company’s strategy to expand its network of electric vehicle services across the country.

The dealership, built on approximately 779 square metres of land, offers integrated 3S services: sales, service, and spare parts. Through this model, customers can purchase vehicles, obtain maintenance services, and acquire spare parts all in one location.

Steven Sulung, Vice President Commercial at XPeng Indonesia, stated that the dealership’s establishment aims to provide customers with a more comprehensive electric vehicle ownership experience.

“We believe that the future of mobility is intelligent, connected, and sustainable electric vehicles. Therefore, beyond providing technology and innovation, we are committed to building a strong service ecosystem that supports our customers,” Sulung said during the dealership’s inauguration on Tuesday afternoon, 10 March 2026.

He added that the service network is an important component in strengthening consumer confidence in electric vehicle brands in Indonesia.

“We hope that the presence of XPeng Experience and Service Centre will bring XPeng’s innovations closer to the public and strengthen customer trust in the XPeng brand in Indonesia,” he said.

The XPeng Pluit dealership features a two-storey building designed as a customer service and experience hub. The service facility is equipped with three service bays, enabling simultaneous handling of up to three vehicles, allowing maintenance processes to be conducted more efficiently.
