Xpeng Opens Experience and Service Centre in Alam Sutera, Prepares Expansion Beyond Greater Jakarta
Xpeng Indonesia, under the auspices of Erajaya Active Lifestyle, inaugurated the Xpeng Experience and Service Centre in Alam Sutera, Tangerang City, on Monday (27/7/2026). The presence of this 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) concept dealership is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its service network whilst enhancing the premium electric vehicle ownership experience in Indonesia.
The facility stands on a 1,709 square metre plot of land with a three-storey building spanning over 1,500 square metres. The dealership is equipped with a showroom area, customer waiting lounge, and a modern workshop featuring seven service bays supported by global-standard equipment and Xpeng-certified technicians. This is Xpeng’s seventh 3S dealership in the Greater Jakarta area.
Erajaya Active Lifestyle CEO Djohan Sutanto stated that the new facility represents the company’s effort to bring services closer to consumers whilst ensuring Xpeng’s quality standards are maintained across every network. "The presence of the Xpeng Experience and Service Centre in Alam Sutera is part of our effort to bring services even closer to customers, whilst ensuring consistent Xpeng quality standards at every service point. As Xpeng grows in Indonesia, we want to ensure every vehicle owner feels at ease because they can rely on our services, from the purchasing process to after-sales service," Djohan said.
Vice President of Marketing for Xpeng Indonesia, Hari Arifianto, added that the choice of Alam Sutera was based on the area’s significant market potential. He noted that Alam Sutera has the character of an integrated township combining residential and commercial areas, making it strategically positioned to reach more prospective customers. "The Greater Jakarta area is largely already served. Alam Sutera itself is quite large, with a combination of residential and commercial areas, so we see this as a potential market," Hari said.
He added that network development will not stop in Greater Jakarta. Xpeng is beginning to expand its reach to several major cities in Indonesia by establishing full-service 3S dealerships. According to Hari, Bandung already has a 3S dealership on Jalan Pajajaran, and the company is also preparing expansion into Batam, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Palembang, and Medan. "For premium cars, the dealer service must be complete. Not just when purchasing the vehicle, but also when customers return for maintenance. That is why we prioritise 3S facilities in every expansion. We hope the dealerships in these cities can be realised this year," he said. With the addition of this network, Xpeng hopes to strengthen after-sales service and provide peace of mind for consumers using premium electric vehicles in Indonesia.
