Xpeng Offers Free Vehicle Checks During the Lebaran Holiday
Jakarta (ANTARA) – Xpeng Indonesia will offer free vehicle checks and charging during the Lebaran holidays in 2026 at the Xpeng Indonesia Service & Experience Center in Pondok Indah, Jakarta. Ricoh Nainggolan, Head of After-Sales at Xpeng Indonesia, said the free general vehicle inspection includes checks on the high‑voltage main battery and the 12V battery, the system and charging ports, and the high‑voltage network. ‘We will ensure the condition of the large battery, the 12V battery, including the charging system and ports, is in good condition, because on long journeys users are likely to frequent SPKLU stations,’ Nainggolan said at a media briefing in Jakarta on Thursday. In addition, the company will inspect braking systems, wheel alignment, suspension, undercarriage, and the electrical and lighting systems of the vehicle. Xpeng’s support also covers interior checks, including air‑conditioning performance, the cooling system, and the cabin filter. If software updates are available, technicians will perform over‑the‑air (OTA) updates immediately. The company will have one certified technician on duty at the Pondok Indah facility every day during the Lebaran holiday. ‘We want to ensure customers feel reassured about using Xpeng for long journeys during the mudik period,’ Nainggolan said. During the Lebaran holiday, Xpeng also offers free AC charging for up to one hour, especially for drivers passing through and needing extra power before heading to the nearest SPKLU. If a warning indicator appears on the vehicle, consumers can use the company’s facilities for a free diagnostic service. The company provides emergency assistance with a service level agreement (SLA) of one hour in Jakarta, nine minutes in Semarang and Yogyakarta, and up to two hours in remote areas.
