XPENG International Holding (Hong Kong) Limited now holds 90.1 percent of PT Era Industri Otomotif (EIDO), a subsidiary of PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk. (ERAL) or Erajaya Active Lifestyle—part of the Erajaya Group. XPENG holds 154,072 of the 171,001 shares, with ownership recorded on 13 May 2026.

Corporate Secretary PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk. Badar Teguh Mancik Alam said the deal between Erajaya Active Lifestyle and XPENG does not have a material impact on operations, legal or financial conditions, or the company’s business continuity.

The distribution, sales, and after-sales services activities for XPENG in Indonesia will continue to be operated by PT Era Inovasi Otomotif (EIVO) and PT Era Dealer Otomotif (EDOO), which are under the group’s umbrella, ensuring normal business operations as before, Teguh said in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday, 18 May 2026.

Teguh explained that the change in ownership occurred only at the manufacturing level through Era Industri Otomotif or EIDO—an entity focused on manufacturing and assembling electric vehicles in Indonesia. XPENG has thus become the majority shareholder in that company.

Sinar Eka Selaras or ERAL regards this step as part of strengthening a long‑term strategic collaboration with XPENG to support the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia. The collaboration is expected to strengthen the manufacturing and assembly of electric vehicles.

“It also supports the focus on expanding and developing smart mobility solutions that are increasingly aligned with the needs of Indonesian society,” Teguh wrote.

Currently ERAL holds only 9.9 percent or 16,929 shares in PT Era Industri Otomotif. One share previously held by Budiarto Halim—President Commissioner of ERAL and President Director of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (ERAA)—has been transferred to the company.
