Xiaomi Watch S5, Buds 6, and Smart Band 10 Pro Launched in Indonesia; Check Features
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Xiaomi has officially launched three of its latest AIoT devices in Indonesia, namely the Xiaomi Watch S5, Xiaomi Buds 6, and Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro, alongside the debut of the Xiaomi 17T Series.
“Xiaomi Indonesia continues to strengthen its AIoT ecosystem by introducing mobile devices that are not only increasingly sophisticated but also more relevant to consumers’ daily lives,” said Andi Renreng, Marketing Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, in Jakarta on Tuesday.
The Xiaomi Watch S5 is the latest generation of Xiaomi’s smartwatch, featuring a slimmer design than its predecessor. The device has a thickness of 10.99 mm, weighs 46 grams, and utilises a stainless steel frame. It is equipped with a 1.48-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. A thinner bezel of 2.6 mm increases the screen-to-body ratio to 73.8 per cent, a 3.8 per cent increase compared to the previous generation. The screen brightness reaches 2,500 nits, ensuring visibility even under direct sunlight. For endurance, Xiaomi has included an 815 mAh battery, claimed to last up to 21 days on a single charge. The Xiaomi Watch S5 supports over 150 sports modes and is equipped with dual-band GNSS and 5 ATM water resistance certification. Additionally, the smartwatch can display maps and navigation both online and offline, facilitating activities such as running, cycling, and trekking without the need to frequently check a smartphone. For health monitoring, it includes heart rate sensors, SpO_2 monitoring, and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracking during sleep.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro serves as a smart band with a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen, offering capabilities comparable to a smartwatch. The device is 9.7 mm thick, thinner than the previous Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro, which was 10.8 mm. The screen supports a 60 Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 2,000 nits. For athletic activities, it supports over 150 sports modes, including Track mode for athletic running, running courses with training programmes based on fitness targets, smart pacing, and warm-up/cool-down guidance. For cyclists, it displays data such as speed, distance, heart rate, calories burned, and activity duration. The device also supports five global satellite systems for accurate route tracking during trekking and outdoor activities. Health features include heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen levels, stress levels, menstrual health tracking, and HRV and sleep pattern monitoring. Xiaomi claims the battery can last up to 21 days on a single charge.
In the audio segment, Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi Buds 6. These true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds are equipped with an 11 mm dynamic driver with a triple-magnetic circuit and a 24-karat gold-plated diaphragm. Xiaomi claims this configuration improves low-frequency performance by 40 per cent and high-frequency performance by 30 per cent. The Xiaomi Buds 6 have also been tuned by the Harman Golden Ears team using Harman AudioEFX technology. Users can choose from several audio profiles, such as Enhance Voice for podcasts, Enhance Trebar for acoustic music, and Soothing Bass for bass-heavy genres. The Xiaomi Buds 6 also feature active noise cancellation (ANC) capable of reducing noise by up to 95 dB. Xiaomi has also implemented triple-mic AI noise reduction to reduce wind interference up to speeds of 12 metres per second during calls or online meetings. Each earbud weighs only 4.4 grams and uses an ergonomic design for long-term comfort. On a single charge, the Xiaomi Buds 6 can be used for up to six hours, with a total battery life of 35 hours when paired with the charging case.
The Xiaomi Watch S5 is available in Black, Silver, Jungle Green, and Ceramic Blue. The smartwatch is priced at IDR 2,999,000 for the Black and Silver variants, while the Jungle Green and Ceramic Blue variants are priced at IDR 3,499,000. The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro comes in Midnight Black, Glacier Silver, and Lavender Pink, priced at IDR 1,499,000. The Xiaomi Buds 6 are available in Nebula Purple, Graphite Black, Pearl White, and Titan Gray, priced at IDR 1,999,000.
