Moscow (ANTARA) - China and the US have agreed to build constructive, strategic, and stable relations as part of a new effort by the two countries to foster better ties, Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Thursday. “Together with President Trump, we have agreed to form a ‘constructive, strategic, and stable relationship between China and the US’ as a new effort to enhance China-US relations,” Xi Jinping stated during a meeting with US President Donald Trump, as quoted by Xinhua news agency. Xi Jinping added that China and the United States should make more effective use of interaction channels between the two countries’ armed forces. The President also said that the two countries should expand cooperation in the fields of trade, healthcare, agriculture, tourism, and law enforcement.
