Wuling Motors (Wuling) has once again demonstrated its prowess by participating in the Gaikindo Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Wuling brought along its flagship commercial lineup, namely the Formo Max and the latest electric vehicle, Mitra EV. “Through Wuling’s participation in GIICOMVEC 2026, we offer two commercial vehicle lines that can support various business and enterprise needs in Indonesia, via the Formo Max as a practical and efficient light commercial vehicle for businesses, and the Mitra EV as a flexible electric vehicle solution for various business sectors,” said Aditya in an official statement. “Wuling continues to commit to delivering functional, efficient, and adaptive innovations in line with the evolving needs of business actors, in keeping with the spirit of Wuling built in Indonesia for you,” Aditya added. The Formo Max, which made its debut in 2023, remains Wuling’s mainstay in the light pickup segment. With the slogan “Light Makes Profit”, this vehicle is designed for heavy operations with practical and efficient maintenance. However, the main star on the exhibition floor this time is the Mitra EV. The Mitra EV is offered in two range variants: Long Range up to 300 km and Premium Range capable of covering up to 400 km based on CLTC testing. Notably, this vehicle is equipped with a spacious cargo capacity of up to 6.5 m³ with excellent accessibility thanks to two sliding doors. Interestingly, Wuling showcased the flexibility of the Mitra EV through various body applications resulting from collaborations. Ranging from logistics fleets with JNE, medical services, cold chain, to public transportation in the form of Mikrotrans. For visitors curious about its performance, Wuling also provides Mitra EV test drive units during the exhibition until 11 April. Not only showcasing technology, Wuling is also distributing incentives through the Lucky Dip programme. Consumers who place orders for units have the chance to take home other attractive prizes.
