Wuling Prepares Mudik Posts and Standby Workshops for Lebaran 2026
Wuling Motors is preparing a range of after-sales services to support customer travel during the 2026 Lebaran holiday period. The programme, titled “Tenang Bersama Wuling” (Calm Together with Wuling), includes a service campaign, mudik posts, and a network of standby workshops operating across various regions.
The programme was launched at a Media Iftar Gathering at Midaz Senayan Golf, Jakarta, on Friday, 13 March 2026. Through these services, Wuling aims to ensure customer vehicles remain roadworthy during the Lebaran holiday break.
Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director at Wuling Motors, stated that the programme encompasses a range of services available to Wuling vehicle owners, whether driving electric or conventional vehicles.
One key offering is the “Tenang Bersama Wuling” Service Campaign, running from 11–31 March 2026. During this period, customers can take advantage of free vehicle inspections at Wuling service centres, as well as engine oil discounts of up to 25 per cent for conventional vehicles.
Vehicle inspections cover essential components including tyres, lights, horns, windscreen wipers, interior fittings, batteries, and braking systems. For electric vehicles, technicians also check the electrical system and charging equipment, whilst vehicles with conventional fuel undergo inspection of the fuel system and engine bay.
Additionally, Wuling has established six mudik posts along the Trans-Java Toll Road. These posts operate during the outbound rush period of 17–19 March and the return period of 26–28 March, positioned at rest areas in Cipali, Batang, and Ngawi. Available facilities include vehicle inspections, AC charging for electric vehicles, waiting areas, and light refreshments.
The company is also deploying 45 workshops during the mudik period. A total of 23 dealers will operate 24 hours a day from 18–24 March across Java, Bali, Sumatra, and Sulawesi, whilst 22 other dealers will offer eight-hour service windows from 19–23 March across cities in Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi.
Beyond workshop services, customers can utilise Emergency Road Assistance (ERA) and towing services should they encounter difficulties during their journey. These services are accessible via a 24-hour customer service hotline.
