Wuling Eksion EV and PHEV Begin Road Show, Starting from Bekasi

BEKASI - Wuling Motors (Wuling) has officially introduced its latest SUV product line, the Wuling Eksion, to the public in Bekasi City, West Java. Through an exhibition held at Summarecon Mall Bekasi from 13 to 17 May 2026, Wuling is showcasing the seven-seater SUV that offers flexibility in electrification technology. Edwin Martinus, Sales Area Manager of Wuling Motors, explained that the arrival of the Eksion represents Wuling’s step to broaden choices of environmentally friendly vehicles for modern families in Indonesia. “The Wuling Eksion combines comfort, efficiency, and modern safety features to support various family journeys,” Edwin stated in his remarks. There are visual differences between the two technology variants: the Eksion PHEV features a honeycomb grille, while the Eksion EV has a more aerodynamic fascia with minimal openings. Inside, the Eksion’s cabin is designed to be spacious for seven passengers, featuring soft-touch panels and a combination of walnut brown and carbon black colours. For added comfort, it includes ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, and soundproof double-glass windows to make the cabin quieter. On the safety side, the SUV is equipped with a high-strength steel body structure and six SRS airbags. It also incorporates Level 2 ADAS technology with 11 active safety functions, such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB). Wuling is offering special early bird prices for consumers in the Jakarta area as follows: In addition to the special prices, there is a programme for free periodic maintenance for three years or up to a certain mileage, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
