Wuling Darion Begins International Market Expansion from Cikarang

Jakarta — Since its introduction in November 2025, the Darion, Wuling Motors’ latest electrification model in Indonesia, has achieved positive market results.

This is demonstrated by market reception reaching more than 4,000 units. Of this total, the pure electric version, the Darion EV, offered at a more affordable price point, has dominated sales compared to the Darion PHEV variant.

Notably, this electrified MPV manufactured in Cikarang, West Java is also prepared for commercialisation in foreign markets. Several units have already launched outside Indonesia.

Wuling has introduced the Darion in two countries so far. First in Brunei Darussalam, and another for the South Asian market, specifically Hong Kong.

Beyond these two countries, the company plans to introduce the Darion to additional nations to expand its market reach further.

“We will also explore additional countries to continue expanding,” the company stated.

The Wuling Cortez Darion is sold in Indonesia as an environmentally-friendly family MPV featuring electrification technology in both pure electric and PHEV variants.

The Wuling Darion EV is priced starting from IDR 399 million on-the-road (OTR) Jakarta for the CE variant, and IDR 459 million for the EX variant.
