WTON Distributes Rp 4 Billion in Dividends, Shareholders Receive Rp 0.46 per Share

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, or WIKA Beton, is distributing a cash dividend of Rp 4.01 billion to shareholders. This decision was set at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held on Wednesday (13/05/2026). The dividend represents 10% of the net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners, amounting to Rp 40.02 billion. Consequently, each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp 0.46 per share. Throughout the 2025 fiscal year, WIKA Beton recorded sales revenue of Rp 3.59 trillion and new contracts totalling Rp 4.01 trillion. The company stated that these achievements were attained amid challenging conditions in the construction sector. At the AGMS, the remaining 90% of net profit was allocated to other reserves. The company described this step as part of efforts to maintain investor trust since its listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014. WIKA Beton also expressed its commitment to supporting national development through sustainable technological innovations and the implementation of environment, social, and governance-based business practices. In addition to determining the use of net profit, the AGMS approved changes to the company’s management structure. Shareholders ratified the dismissal of Dwi Gawan Islandhi H.B. from the position of Independent Commissioner, effective since February 2026. The company also honourably dismissed Agus Pramono from the role of Director of Operations and Supply Chain Management, as well as Tjia Marwan from the position of Commissioner.
