In this project, WSBP supplies a range of concrete products, including 84 PC-I Girders, 65 Spun Piles, 3,810 Square Piles, and 103,650 m³ of Readymix concrete. All precast concrete has been delivered, while the Readymix concrete supply has currently reached 93%. The Readymix concrete supply is supported by WSBP’s Proban Batching Plant, which has a production capacity of 7,392 m³ per month. With its location relatively close to the project site, concrete distribution can be carried out optimally, ensuring the quality and standards of the concrete are maintained through the casting process. “For the Paiton–Besuki section, with a total length of 25.6 km, which is planned to be functionalised for the mudik traffic, WSBP contributes by supplying precast concrete and Readymix concrete for the 5.8 km segment. The Readymix concrete supply for the main road has been fulfilled in order to support readiness for Lebaran 2026 mudik,” said Fandy Dewanto, Head of the Corporate Secretary Division at WSBP. The Readymix concrete supply for the main road requirements has now entered the final stage. Casting at several points along the main road and barriers is still underway and is targeted to be completed before the mudik period, so that all concrete materials supplied by WSBP are ready to support the operation of that section. As a concrete materials supplier, WSBP consistently implements quality control from the production process through to distribution to project sites. This is done to ensure every product used on the strategic infrastructure project meets the technical specifications and quality standards prescribed. “With the plan to functionalise the Probolinggo–Banyuwangi Toll Road for the Lebaran 2026 mudik, WSBP ensures that all concrete materials supplied meet the established quality standards and technical specifications. We undertake this commitment to guarantee the safety and comfort of road users, particularly people travelling to the East Java region,” he added. Once the toll road is opened functionally, travel time to East Java is expected to become more efficient. WSBP is committed to upholding good corporate governance in all of the Company’s operations, including the production and distribution of concrete products to this project, so that it can support the development of high-quality and sustainable infrastructure.
