WSBP Boosts Contribution to National Infrastructure Development, Driving Performance Strengthening

PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) is continuously enhancing its contribution to supporting national infrastructure development, in line with its strategy to drive performance strengthening. As of 30 June 2026, WSBP recorded revenue of Rp808.07 billion in the first half of 2026. This achievement was derived from the contribution of the Precast Concrete business line amounting to Rp310.30 billion, Readymix & Quarry at Rp180.95 billion, and Construction Services at Rp316.81 billion. This contribution is realised through the execution of various strategic projects across several regions in Indonesia. These include the Tangguh UCC Onshore Project, the KCN Marunda Building Construction Project, the Serang–Panimbang Toll Road Section 3 (Cileles–Panimbang) Phase 2 Package 3, the KAPB Toll Road Improvement Project, the Madura State Polytechnic Health Department Building Construction Project, the Khairun University Integrated Laboratory Construction Project, the Udayana University L-SSIT Building Construction Project, and various other projects that the Company continues to work on by prioritising product quality, timeliness of execution, and occupational health and safety aspects. In line with the implementation of these various projects, WSBP also maintains operational effectiveness through the continuous application of efficiency measures. This is reflected in the 16% decrease in General and Administrative Expenses compared to the same period the previous year, from Rp191.85 billion in the first half of 2025 to Rp161.18 billion in the first half of 2026. The Company also succeeded in increasing asset productivity by optimising the utilisation of production facilities to support sustainable operational effectiveness, thereby reducing Non-Contributing Plant expenses from Rp17.74 billion to Rp5.31 billion compared to the same period the previous year. “The Company continues to focus on maintaining operational sustainability through project completion with the right quality, on time, and in accordance with occupational safety standards. At the same time, we also continue to implement various efficiency measures and productivity improvements so that the Company’s operations can run more effectively and support gradual business performance strengthening,” said Fandy Dewanto, Head of the Corporate Secretary Division of WSBP. WSBP continues to optimise operational capabilities by increasing production facility productivity, controlling costs, and optimising the utilisation of assets and resources. These steps are part of the Company’s efforts to strengthen its operational foundation while maintaining competitiveness amidst the challenges of the construction industry. “Going forward, WSBP will continue to focus on completing ongoing projects, maintaining product and service quality, and continuing various sustainable efficiency initiatives. With the support of all stakeholders, the Company is optimistic that it can continue to strengthen operational performance and capture business opportunities that support the Company’s sustainable growth,” he added.
