The Labour Office (Disnaker) of Depok City, West Java, has established a complaints post for the Holiday Allowance (THR) to ensure worker rights are fulfilled during Eid 2026. The head of Depok City’s Labour Office, Nessi Annisa Handari, stated that the post is intended for workers facing challenges related to THR.

“We have already informed the labour unions about the existence of this THR Complaints Post. Our hope is that workers experiencing difficulties, particularly regarding THR, can consult with us or lodge complaints,” she said in Depok on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

She added that the THR Complaints Post is located at the Office of the Depok City Labour Office, Floor 8 of the Dibaleka II Building, Depok City Hall, open on weekdays from 08:00–14:00 WIA. An online service is also available via WhatsApp at 0859-7387-2874.

Nessi previously stated that the Labour Office had formed four monitoring teams that conduct direct field inspections. Each team comprises representatives from labour unions, employer organisations (Apindo), the police, and labour officials, to ensure companies comply with worker rights, including timely THR payments.

“Our hope is that when monitoring is conducted, every company can provide reports and demonstrate their commitment to fulfilling worker rights, including timely THR payments,” she added.

Meanwhile, Mustiyah, a representative of the Chemical, Energy and Mining Workers’ Union (SPSI), welcomed the involvement of labour unions in monitoring. “We will participate in monitoring the provision of worker rights and ensure that all workers in Depok receive THR in accordance with regulations,” she said.
