WOMF Finance Profit Plummets 45% to Rp142 Billion in 2025

Jakarta — PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF), a listed financing company, recorded a year-on-year profit decline of 45.79%. This contraction occurred despite revenue growth during the same period.

According to the latest financial statements as at 31 December 2025, the company’s annual profit was recorded at Rp142.55 billion. In the same period the previous year, profit was reported at Rp262.91 billion.

Nevertheless, WOMF Finance posted total revenue of Rp2.17 trillion in 2025. This figure rose marginally by 0.12% year-on-year compared to 2024 revenue of Rp2.16 trillion.

This revenue was supported by the multi-purpose financing segment, working capital financing, and investment financing amounting to Rp1.8 trillion. Administrative and bank interest income were recorded at Rp39.84 billion and Rp23.74 billion respectively.

Total expenses for WOMF Finance in 2025 were recorded at Rp1.99 trillion. This represented an increase of 8.53% year-on-year compared to 2024 expenses of Rp1.83 trillion.

On the balance sheet, WOMF Finance’s total assets as at end 2025 were recorded at Rp7.36 trillion. This position grew 6.08% year-on-year compared to total assets in 2024 of Rp6.94 trillion.

Meanwhile, total liabilities and equity were recorded at Rp5.38 trillion and Rp1.98 trillion respectively.
