An upload from the Instagram account @infojakbar24 shows CCTV footage depicting a woman running from the direction of the West Jakarta District Court towards a petrol station located beside it, on Jalan Letjen S. Parman, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta. The woman is seen wearing a grey T-shirt, long trousers, and carrying a bag. Shortly afterwards, another woman wearing a cream shirt and black long trousers is seen chasing her from behind. In another CCTV recording, both appear to be running until they reach the car parking area at the petrol station. The brawl was eventually broken up by several people present at the location. Palmerah Police Chief, Kompol Gomos Simamora, confirmed the incident of alleged assault. The victim is known by the initials NM (35), while the alleged perpetrator is GS. “Yes, that’s correct, it happened last March, but it’s only gone viral now; the victim has already made a report and a statement has been taken by officers,” said Gomos when confirmed via text message on Monday (11/5/2026). According to Gomos, the victim has filed a police report with number STTLP/B/2224/III/2026/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya. Before the trial began, the victim and the alleged perpetrator had a verbal altercation.
