WOM Finance records 6.08% increase in total assets throughout 2025
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOM Finance) recorded a 6.08% year-on-year growth in total assets to Rp7.37 trillion in 2025, with profits reaching Rp142.55 billion.
WOM Finance Director Cincin Lisa Hadi stated in a written release received in Jakarta on Friday that the increase was supported by new financing disbursements of Rp5.94 trillion, representing a 9.35% year-on-year growth.
Additionally, she noted that equity rose 4.81% year-on-year to Rp1.98 trillion, with a Return on Assets (RoA) ratio of 2.41%, Return on Equity (RoE) of 7.45%, gross Non-Performing Financing (NPF) of 2.17%, and net NPF of 0.95%.
According to her, the company views this achievement as demonstrating prudent risk management and consistent application of prudence principles amid the dynamics and intense competition in the national financing industry.
Regarding the strengthening of the capital structure in 2025, Cincin Lisa Hadi stated that the company had issued bonds through the scheme of the Continuous Public Offering of Phase II Sustainable Bonds V WOM Finance Year 2025, valued at Rp1.5 trillion.
She conveyed that the company also obtained additional credit facilities from banks amounting to Rp1.65 trillion.
In addition to the performance report of WOM Finance as of 31 December 2025, the official release also revealed changes in the company’s management structure, which have been approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2026.
