Jakarta, VIVA - PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk or WOM Finance recorded new financing disbursements of Rp5.94 trillion, a 9.35% growth compared to the same period the previous year up to 31 December 2025. Total assets increased by 6.08% to Rp7.37 trillion, while equity rose 4.81% to Rp1.98 trillion. The company also booked a net profit of Rp142.55 billion, with a Return on Assets (ROA) of 2.41% and Return on Equity (ROE) of 7.45%. Meanwhile, financing quality remained stable, with a gross non-performing finance (NPF) ratio of 2.17% and net NPF of 0.95%. These achievements demonstrate prudent risk management and consistent application of prudence principles amid the dynamics and intense competition in Indonesia’s financing or multifinance industry. To strengthen its capital structure, WOM Finance issued bonds through the Sustainable Public Offering of Phase II Sustainable Bonds V WOM Finance Year 2025, valued at Rp1.5 trillion.
