The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has begun closely monitoring Unusual Market Activity (UMA) patterns for three stocks simultaneously, starting Thursday, 30 July 2026. These issuers are under scrutiny due to irregular share price increases.

The three stocks identified are PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk. (DEWI), PT Aman Agrindo Tbk. (GULA), and PT Intermedia Capital Tbk. (MDIA). According to IDX information disclosure, these stocks are exhibiting movements outside of normal patterns. This supervisory measure is intended to protect investors, particularly shareholders of the three issuers.

“The announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market laws and regulations,” the IDX management stated on its official website. “Regarding the UMA for DEWI shares, we wish to inform you that the Exchange is currently scrutinising the development of these share transaction patterns.”

Market data shows that DEWI shares remained stagnant at Rp119 per share in yesterday’s trading. Meanwhile, DEWI has risen by 3.48% over the past month, despite a 20.13% decline year-to-date. Following this announcement, investors are expected to monitor the issuers’ responses to the Exchange’s requests for confirmation, examine company performance and disclosures, review any planned corporate actions that have not yet received General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) approval, and consider all potential future risks before making investment decisions.

Similarly, the IDX is paying special attention to GULA shares due to transaction volatility deemed unusual. During today’s trading, the sugar trading company’s shares rose by 6.88% to the level of Rp855. GULA shares have been observed to have risen by 46.15% over the past month and 226.34% year-to-date.

Furthermore, MDIA is also being scrutinised by the IDX due to irregular transactions. In yesterday’s trading, the business consultancy issuer rose by 34.62% to a level of Rp175 per share. Over the past month, its shares have risen by 212.50%, with an 84.21% increase year-to-date.
