The award was presented to Astra during the Fortune Indonesia 100 Gala held in Jakarta on Thursday (17/09/2026). The Fortune Indonesia 100 is an annual ranking of 100 companies based on their contribution to the national economy.

In addition to ranking 4th, Astra received the Fortune Indonesia Outstanding Growth 2026: Biggest Company by Total Employees award as the company with the largest number of employees.

Astra’s Chief of Corporate Affairs, Boy Kelana Soebroto, stated that the award serves as an inspiration for Astra employees to continue their business activities and contribute to Indonesia.

“We interpret this award as an encouragement for all Astra individuals to always provide their best in conducting business activities and contributing to Indonesia. As we approach seven decades of Astra’s journey, we hope to continue creating and growing alongside Indonesia, while providing even broader benefits to society, in line with Astra’s vision of Prosperity Together with the Nation,” said Boy.

Currently, Astra possesses 324 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associate entities. Astra’s business activities encompass three core businesses: Automotive, Financial Services, and Mining & Heavy Equipment Solutions, alongside several companies within its wider businesses.

With a workforce reaching over 190,000 people spread across various regions in Indonesia, human resource development remains one of Astra’s primary focuses in conducting its business operations.

Through its People Roadmap, Astra is strengthening employee capability and leadership development while building a safe, inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable working environment.
