With DSI, Prabowo Confident Indonesia's Revenue Will Increase by 30%

President Prabowo Subianto is confident that Indonesia’s income from the management of natural resources (SDA) has the potential to increase by at least 30%. This is supported by the government’s efforts to regulate natural resource management, including through PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) and a single-door export policy.

Prabowo stated that Indonesia possesses strong fundamental economic strength, underpinned by its vast natural resource wealth. However, he noted that the economic value derived from these resources has not been fully controlled in the past.

He explained that this strength stems from the immense natural resources owned by Indonesia. “Our economic fundamental strength is strong. First, we have vast natural resources. The problem is that this value has been uncontrolled until now. We are currently bringing it under order,” Prabowo said during a dialogue with senior journalists and experts in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java.

Prabowo mentioned that the government will implement regulation through several policies, including the application of a single-door export system via PT DSI.

In addition to increasing the value of natural resource management, Prabowo stated that the presence of DSI will enable the government to track all transactions related to the management of these resources. “This is our potential to achieve a minimum 30% increase in revenue. Secondly, with DSI, we can monitor all transactions. All transactions,” he added.
