With Diverse Facilities, Serambi MyPertamina Attracts Many Holiday Travellers
In preparation for the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday travel season, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to enhance services for travellers. One manifestation of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s service is the presence of Serambi MyPertamina.
Serambi MyPertamina is a free rest stop prepared for travellers who wish to take a brief break before continuing their journey in optimal condition.
To enjoy the various facilities at Serambi MyPertamina, travellers simply need to download the MyPertamina app and register. After that, they can present the QR Code to the staff at Serambi MyPertamina.
The facilities available at Serambi MyPertamina are quite comprehensive. These include relaxation rooms, massage chairs, food and beverage services, prayer rooms, children’s play areas, console gaming facilities, a mini clinic for free health checks, and a barbershop or haircutting service.
One of the Serambi MyPertamina facilities is located at the Rest Area at Kilometre (KM) 88A on the Cipularang Toll Road. Several travellers have expressed positive impressions after experiencing the available services at Serambi MyPertamina.
Emma, a traveller from Karawang to Garut, said she discovered Serambi MyPertamina when she wanted to pray with her family. She felt comfortable during her stay at Serambi MyPertamina, especially since her travel was during the daytime while fasting.
“The place is comfortable and cool, especially in the hot afternoon and while fasting. The children are comfortable too,” she told CNBC Indonesia, quoted on Monday (23/3/2026).
Additionally, David, a traveller heading to Indramayu, also stopped by Serambi MyPertamina. David said he was offered by a server to try the free facilities available at Serambi MyPertamina, such as haircuts, massage chairs, and playing PlayStation.
“I’m heading to Indramayu. I was shopping briefly in this area, and then I was offered. I was interested because the offer was good. The haircut service was good, and it was urgent, so it was available,” he explained.
Another traveller named Risma also experienced comfort when stopping by Serambi MyPertamina at the Rest Area KM 88A Cipularang Toll Road. There, Risma was offered free food and massage chair services.
“The massage chair feels really good. I’m going from Padalarang to Bekasi. It’s very comfortable and clean,” she said.
As is known, Serambi MyPertamina operates from 9 March to 31 March 2026, from 09.00 to 22.00 local time. However, at certain Serambi MyPertamina locations, such as the Rest Area KM 88A Cipularang Toll Road, the service is open 24 hours during the peak travel period from 18 to 22 March 2026.
Not only at the Rest Area KM 88A Cipularang Toll Road, Serambi MyPertamina is also present at several other rest areas with Pertamina fuel stations. These include Rest Area KM 43A Jakarta-Merak Toll Road, Rest Area KM 57A Jakarta-Karawang Toll Road, Rest Area KM 260B Pejagan-Pemalang Toll Road, Rest Area KM 379A Pemalang-Batang Toll Road, and Rest Area KM 66A Pandaan-Malang Toll Road.
In addition, there are 37 Serambi MyPertamina Mini or Compact locations spread across various sites, including airports, ports, train stations, non-toll rest areas, tourist routes, and main travel routes.
At airports, Serambi MyPertamina is available at Kualanamu Medan Airport, YIA Yogyakarta Airport, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Airport, and Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport.
At ports, Serambi MyPertamina is present at Bakauheni Port in Lampung and Semayang Port in Balikpapan.
Shifting to popular tourist routes for travellers, Serambi MyPertamina is available in the Puncak Bogor area, Pangandaran, Ciwidey Bandung, Nagreg Route, as well as main routes in Sumatra and Sulawesi.
