Wisnu Wardhana Issuer (TLDN) Distributes Rp 701.05 Billion Dividend
PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) will distribute a cash dividend of Rp 701.05 billion to its shareholders. This dividend represents a 74.7% year-on-year (yoy) increase compared to the previous year’s dividend of Rp 401.34 billion.
The decision received approval from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held on 16 April 2026.
“The cash dividend includes an interim dividend of Rp 200.67 billion already distributed on 23 October 2025, so the final cash dividend to be distributed is Rp 500.38 billion,” management stated in its official release on Friday (17/4/2026).
The dividend reflects a payout ratio of 63.4% of the 2025 fiscal year net profit of Rp 1.11 trillion, as part of the decision on the use of the company’s net profit, which is also directed towards strengthening the capital structure.
From the total net profit, Rp 1 billion is set aside as reserve funds in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and the Limited Liability Company Law, while Rp 404.56 billion is recorded as retained earnings to support expansion and strengthening of the company’s operations.
“This dividend distribution reflects the company’s solid performance throughout 2025 and our commitment to continue delivering added value to shareholders, in line with our long-term sustainable growth strategy,” said TLDN’s President Director, Wishnu Wardhana.
The schedule for TLDN’s 2025 fiscal year dividend distribution is as follows:
Cum dividend regular and negotiation market: 24 April 2026
Cum dividend cash market: 28 April 2026
Ex-dividend regular and negotiation market: 27 April 2026
Ex-dividend cash market: 29 April 2026
Determination of the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend: 28 April 2026
Cash dividend payment date: 19 May 2026
