Wismoyo upbeat about SEAG

SEMARANG (JP): The National Sports Council (KONI) chairman Wismoyo Arismunandar expressed optimism that Indonesia would be able to regain the overall champion title despite the financial difficulties suffered by sports organizations to groom their athletes.

Speaking after installing Aning Sunindyo as KONI Central Java chapter chairman -- replacing Joko Sudantoko -- on Tuesday, Wismoyo said athletes, coaches and sports officials showed interest in preparing for the Games in Kuala Lumpur in September. (har)
