Winning Award, Jababeka Bizpark Strengthens Industrial and Investment Appeal
The project developed by PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) subsidiary, PT Graha Buana Cikarang, namely Jababeka Bizpark, has successfully won the 2026 Indonesia Property Award in the Property Development category, specifically for Industrial Estate Development. The award was presented during an awards ceremony at the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta.
This accolade serves as appreciation for the development of Jababeka Bizpark and reaffirms the relevance of the product amidst the growing industrial and business activities in Jababeka City. The increase in industrial and business activity has driven the demand for flexible business spaces. This potential arises not only from new businesses but also from companies already operating within the Jababeka area that require additional space to support expansion or business development.
Recognising this need, Jababeral has developed Jababeka Bizpark as a multi-purpose building that can adapt to various business requirements. The property can be utilised for various functions, ranging from storage, production, and distribution to commercial activities. Featuring high ceilings, the internal space can also be developed up to three floors according to user needs.
The Director of PT Graha Buana Cikarang, Ivonne Anggraini, stated that the award is a source of pride and an appreciation of the company’s efforts to provide products relevant to evolving market needs.
“We see growth coming not only from new businesses but also from companies that have been operating in the Jababeka area and are continuing to expand. Therefore, we strive to provide products that can meet those needs, both in terms of function and flexibility of use. For us, a property is not just about a building, but about how that property can become part of the journey and growth of its users,” Ivonne said in a written statement on Tuesday (1/9/2026).
This flexibility is further enhanced by the fact that Jababeka Bizpark is situated within the Jababeka City ecosystem, which has developed over more than three decades as a self-contained city featuring integrated industrial, business, residential, educational, and various supporting facilities.
Currently, Jababeka City is home to more than 2,000 companies and approximately 1.2 million people. The area is also supported by four toll road access points and the presence of the Cikarang Dry Port, which strengthens connectivity and logistics activities. This ecosystem provides added value for business players through its infrastructure, connectivity, human resources, and established corporate networks.
The existence of a mature ecosystem also opens opportunities for collaboration and business network expansion. This makes Jababeka City not only a location for industrial activities but also an environment that supports companies in starting, developing, or expanding their businesses.
This development aligns with the increasingly diverse property needs within industrial areas. In addition to manufacturing land, the presence of warehousing, multi-purpose buildings, commercial areas, and various supporting facilities is a vital part of supporting the continuously evolving business activity chain.
From an investment perspective, Jababeka Bizpark is offered starting from IDR 1.65 billion, providing options for flexible-function business properties within a developed industrial area. This product is also supported by partnerships with several prominent banks, providing alternative financing facilities for consumers.
According to Ivonne, future property development must look at business needs more broadly by considering the established surrounding ecosystem.
“We believe that current property development is not enough to just talk about buildings. What is more important is how a product can connect with the ecosystem, connectivity, and growth opportunities around it. This is our focus in developing Jababeka Bizpark and other products in Jababeka City,” Ivonne concluded.
