Winner of technique contest

JAKARTA (JP): The Technical Vocational School STMP DKI Jaya
has been chosen as the first winner of the technique competition
held by the Jakarta's office of the Ministry of Education and
Culture.

Ishak AF, chairman of the organizing committee, told Antara
over the weekend that the annual competition covered a number of
skills, including electronics, automotive and plumbing.

He said that the event is intended mainly to stimulate
students' creativity.

"The competition is also designed to aid the government's
program on link and match between the educational and industrial
