WINGS Hosts Sustainability Talk to Strengthen Tangible Environmental Actions
WINGS continues to promote the implementation of sustainability principles through various workplace initiatives. One such effort is the Sustainability Talk, an interactive discussion platform on sustainable habits that can be applied daily, both at home and in the workplace.
Under the ‘Unity for Change’ session, WINGS collaborated with inspirational speakers and strategic partners involved in environmental programmes. The event served as a platform for sharing perspectives and reinforcing the understanding that change begins with consistent, simple collective actions.
Beyond discussions, WINGS introduced the Employee Waste Bank as part of tangible action to encourage waste segregation. The programme, run in partnership with Kartini 09 Waste Bank—a WINGS initiative under the #PilahDariSekarang campaign—aims to foster a more responsible waste management culture in the workplace.
During the event, WINGS also recognised its Change Makers—employees directly driving humanitarian actions. They play a crucial role in supporting the #WINGSPeduliKemanusiaan programme, including efforts to assist flood and landslide relief in Sumatra.
These initiatives are part of WINGS’ commitment to building a more sustainable ecosystem through collaboration and shared care. Efforts to create change are deemed more impactful when undertaken collectively and sustainably.
For WINGS, growth is measured not only by business and career progress but also by contributions to the environment and society. Therefore, the drive to create positive impact continues through multi-stakeholder programmes.
