WINGS continues to promote the implementation of sustainability principles through various workplace initiatives. One such initiative is the Sustainability Talk event, which provides an interactive discussion space on sustainable habits that can be applied daily, both at home and in the workplace.

In the ‘Unity for Change’ session, WINGS collaborated with inspirational speakers and strategic partners involved in environmental programmes. The event served as a platform for sharing perspectives and reinforcing the understanding that change can begin with consistent, simple steps taken collectively.

Beyond discussions, WINGS introduced the Employee Waste Bank as a concrete action to encourage waste sorting habits. The programme is run in collaboration with Kartini 09 Waste Bank, a WINGS initiative under the #PilahDariSekarang movement, to foster a more responsible waste management culture in the workplace.

On the same occasion, WINGS also recognised Change Makers—WINGS staff who actively drive change through humanitarian efforts. They play a crucial role in supporting the #WINGSPeduliKemanusiaan programme, including assisting with flood and landslide relief in Sumatra.

These initiatives form part of WINGS’ commitment to building a more sustainable ecosystem through collaboration and collective care. Efforts to create change are deemed more impactful when carried out collectively and sustainably.

For WINGS, growth is not only measured by business or career development, but also by contributions to the environment and society. Therefore, the drive to create positive impact continues through various programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
