Does the Joint Holiday Deduct from Annual Leave?
This is the regulation on the implementation of joint holidays for workers/employees as well as ASN/PNS.
The implementation of joint holidays reduces the annual leave rights of employees/workers according to applicable laws and regulations and the provisions that apply in each work unit/organisation/institution/company.
Joint holidays do not reduce the annual leave rights of Civil Servants.
