Will Jakarta's Odd-Even Traffic System Apply on June 1, 2026?

The odd-even traffic system on various Jakarta roads will be suspended on Monday, June 1, 2026, as it coincides with the national holiday, Pancasila Day.

“The implementation of the odd-even system on various Jakarta roads is suspended due to Pancasila Day holiday,” according to the official Instagram account of @dishubdkijakarta, May 31, 2026.

The regulation states that traffic restrictions under the odd-even system do not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays designated by Presidential Decree.

There are no bridge days throughout June 2026.

Both public holidays could still form a long weekend when combined with weekend holidays and recommended leave dates.

June 1, 2026, could form a long weekend when combined with weekend holidays and Vesak Day 2026 holiday.

This period could become a long weekend if you take leave on Monday, June 15, 2026, resulting in four consecutive days off when combined with the weekend starting Saturday, June 13, 2026.
